OASIS (Onward Alliance for Stability and Inclusive Solutions) is a pioneering initiative led by DeepRoot Solutions Management Consulting. Our mission is to enhance regional stability and cooperation by empowering emerging leaders from Yemen, the Gulf, and the broader region. Our project focuses on bridging communication gaps among these leaders, fostering their leadership development, and encouraging collaborative policymaking to address shared regional challenges.
OASIS distinguishes itself as a structured platform for emerging leaders under 40, filling a critical gap in traditional regional programs by actively involving youth voices in discussions concerning economic cooperation and mutual concerns between Yemen and its neighboring countries. We are committed to equipping participants with the essential knowledge, networks, and actionable tools necessary to contribute to long-term peace, stability, and development across the region.

يمثل الاقتصاد الأزرق المستدام، فرصة استراتيجية حاسمة لليمن ودول الخليج، والدول المطلة على البحر الأحمر. ففي الوقت الذي تسعى فيه دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي إلى تنويع اقتصاداتها بعيداً عن الاعتماد على النفط، يبرز الاقتصاد الأزرق كشريان حيوي لسبل العيش والأمن الغذائي في اليمن، وكرافعة اقتصادية رئيسية للدول المطلة على البحر الأحمر. ويمتلك الشباب في هذه المناطق إمكانات هائلة لقيادة هذا التحول، مدفوعين بوعي متزايد بقضايا الاستدامة ومهاراتهم الرقمية المتطورة.
