OASIS (Onward Alliance for Stability and Inclusive Solutions) is a pioneering initiative led by DeepRoot Solutions Management Consulting. Our mission is to enhance regional stability and cooperation by empowering emerging leaders from Yemen, the Gulf, and the broader region. Our project focuses on bridging communication gaps among these leaders, fostering their leadership development, and encouraging collaborative policymaking to address shared regional challenges.
OASIS distinguishes itself as a structured platform for emerging leaders under 40, filling a critical gap in traditional regional programs by actively involving youth voices in discussions concerning economic cooperation and mutual concerns between Yemen and its neighboring countries. We are committed to equipping participants with the essential knowledge, networks, and actionable tools necessary to contribute to long-term peace, stability, and development across the region.

At a time when GCC countries are seeking to diversify their economies away from reliance on oil, the Blue Economy emerges as a vital lifeline for livelihoods and food security in Yemen, and a key economic leverage for the Red Sea littoral states. Youth in these regions possess immense potential to lead this transformation, driven by a growing awareness of sustainability issues and their advanced digital skills.
